Here we go...two inspiring and joyful yoga teachers looking forward to share a wonderful weekend full of yoga, movement practice, philosophy sharing and a lot of high level quality time at Shambala Gatherings.
In an environment that supports your overall well being, surrounded by beautiful nature, nourishing food, good vibes and inspiring people you will have the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life with all the musts, and take time to connect so you can be the best version of you!
A typical day starts with a guided meditation on the docks in the lake and continues in silence all the way after the breakfast has been enjoyed. Followed by a yoga flow that will give energy to your body for the rest of your day. A delicious vegan lunch buffet will be served to enjoy together with the rest of the participants before it is time for the playground session to invite you to explore and expand your limits. Another delicious vegan buffet will be served in the evening and you have the chance to take a swim in the lake and melt in a steamy sauna.

A dynamic class that suits the beginner as well as the more experienced yogi. This is a class that will give you energy as well as strengthening your body through positions with focus on balance, core and breathing.
Land deep within yourself and let go through yinyoga. In this yoga style you will stay longer (3-5 min) in each position as you let go of the performance, ambition and the need to look a certain way.
An opportunity to explore yourself and your limitations through a workshop-like session where you will be introduced to fine tune your alignment in yoga postures, learn headstand, handstand, movements practice or maybe something else you are curious about. It will be fun so let's play!

Alice’s positive, curious and playful outlook on life truly shines through in everything she does! Inspired by vedic and yogic philosophy, Alice creates a space for you to fully express yourself through the intensity of flow, intuitive guiding, cues and of course - to have fun along the way! She has over 1200 hours of teacher trainings in India and lived with hindu monks in the mountains for 108 days studying Vedic chanting, the Bhagavad Gita and Sanskrit.
She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, SUP-yoga, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Yin and restorative in Stockholm.
Appreciated for his warm personality and inspiring yoga, Naofal’s ambition is to create insights and happiness both on and outside of the yoga mat. With his skills in yinyoga, vinyasa, ashtanga and rocket he invites you to uplifting and challenging yoga sessions for the beginner and the experienced yogi.
Naofal teaches Yinyoga, Strong flow, vinyasa and Rocket Vinyasa at studios in Stockholm.
Location: Borntorpet 1, Shambala Gatherings I Skinnskatteberg (2 hours from Stockholm)
